trueballastfinancial.com is operated by Trueballast Financial, a loan brokerage based in Farmington, Minnesota. The site exists to explain what we do and to let you start a conversation with us. It is informational. It is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer to lend.
We're a broker
We arrange business-purpose financing through third-party lenders. We do not lend, underwrite, or fund. Every decision, rate, and term comes from the funding lender. See our disclosuresfor the full picture, including how we're paid.
